Job Title: Towel Dyeing and Processing Incharge

Location: SITE Area, Karachi

Experience: 7+ Years in towel dyeing / processing department

Education: Bachelor's Degree / MSc in Chemistry or relevant field

Industry: Textile Manufacturing

Key Responsibilities:

· Independently manage a complete dyeing & processing department from dye recipe, process and finishing.

· Continuously analyze and improve dyeing processes to reduce wastage, improve quality, and increase productivity.

· Strong Command over modern exhaust Dyeing machine for towels.

· Strong understanding of terry fabric’s dyeing and finishing process.

· Supervise and train a team of operators and technicians, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and operational standards.

· Monitor and manage the procurement and usage of chemicals, dyes, and bleaching agents. Ensure correct application while maintaining safety and environmental compliance.

· Ensure that all dyed and bleached fabrics meet the required quality standards.

· Identify and resolve any issues in the dyeing or bleaching processes, machinery, or material issues that may arise during production.

· Maintain accurate records of production processes, chemical usage, waste management, and deviations from standard procedures.

· Strong troubleshooting skills to identify and address process or quality-related issues.

· Ability to use and maintain dyeing and bleaching machinery efficiently.

Pay: From Rs70,000.00 per month
