Tracking Officer

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Tracking officer to monitor our HTV fleet and improve the overall productivity of our fleet operations

Key Responsibilities:

• Must have knowledge about tracking/OBC system, AI parameters, violations ( HB, HA,HC, Night violation, excess idling, transit delays), geofencing & black spot marking.
• Daily Fleet Tracking, monitoring, reporting and sharing timely reports with customers and with the operations.
• Team up with customers to ensure all vehicles are accurately reported and tracked in the system, including non-reporting vehicles.
• Daily check & follow up with drivers on tracker & OBC violation.
• Monitor drivers' sleep hours to prevent fatigue-related incidents.
• Analysis & Monitoring vehicle data and replay logs to monitor operational hours, identify delays, and analyze trends to improve fleet & driver performance
• Ability to operate a computer with speed and accuracy

Qualification:

• Bachelor Degree

Experience:

• 1-3 years of experience as VTS officer

Interpersonal Skills:

• Communicate effectively both orally and in writing. Can work in shifts on rotation basis.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
