Position: Trainee Sales and Support Engineer

Job Specification:

-Fresh Electrical Engineer with experience in project coordination.

-Strong proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word for preparing quotations, proforma invoices, tender bids, and project estimation documents.

-Excellent listening skills to accurately note and execute assigned tasks.

-Self-starter with an analytical mindset and a collaborative approach.

-Strong English communication skills for professional email correspondence with clients and internal teams.

Job Description:

-Prepare proposals/quotations for LED lighting fixtures in response to RFQs (Request for Quotations).

-Process Sales Orders to Accounts, Stores, and Logistics upon receiving Purchase Orders and advance payments.

-Coordinate with various departments (Import, Accounts, Stores, and Logistics) to ensure timely project execution.

-Assist in the preparation of tender bid documents for different projects.

-Respond to client and internal team inquiries regarding product prices and availability.

-Provide documentation support to the regional sales team as needed.
