Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Python Trainer for Finance Professionals to join our training institute. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in both Python programming and financial applications, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to learners from finance backgrounds.

As a Trainer, you will be responsible for designing and delivering interactive, hands-on training sessions tailored specifically for finance professionals aiming to leverage Python for financial analysis, automation, and modeling.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and deliver Python training content tailored to finance professionals
Conduct live sessions (in-person or online) using real-world finance datasets and case studies
Develop course materials, exercises, assignments, and assessments
Teach core Python concepts including data types, control structures, functions, OOP, and modules
Instruct on Python libraries commonly used in finance such as Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, Seaborn, and Plotly
Guide learners on topics like financial modeling, time-series analysis, portfolio analysis, and data automation
Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate relevant tools and practices
Provide mentorship and support to learners during and after the course

Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience using Python in a finance-related role
Strong understanding of financial concepts and how Python can be applied to solve finance problems
Proficiency in key Python libraries: Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, Plotly, etc.
Experience with Jupyter Notebooks, Excel automation, and APIs is a plus
Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
Prior experience in teaching/training is highly preferred
