Palmpay Pvt Ltd is seeking a dedicated Training Officer specializing in Fintech to enhance the knowledge and skills of our workforce. This role offers the opportunity to design and deliver effective training programs focused on financial technology, credit, loans, and retail banking products. The ideal candidate brings a minimum of three years’ experience in retail or training environments, with a strong understanding of financial products such as loans, installment plans, credit cards, and payment systems. The Training Officer plays a critical role in identifying knowledge gaps, developing tailored learning materials, and coordinating training sessions both online and offline. This position requires excellent communication and coordination skills to work closely with sales, human resources, and other teams. The role does not include managing a team but involves frequent collaboration and travel to nearby cities and regions for short-term business trips to conduct in-person training and market visits. Strong analytical capabilities are essential to assess training effectiveness and propose process improvements based on data analysis and field observations. Proficiency in office software, especially PowerPoint and Excel, is necessary to create impactful presentations and analyze training metrics.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities as a Training Officer
1. Plan, schedule, and conduct regular training sessions for sales teams (physical and online).
2. Develop and deliver training sessions that consist of the following contents: product knowledge, risk control guidelines, sales techniques, and sales policy. Ensure that attendees complete quizzes and compile results.
3. Maintain attendance records and comply with training discipline. Prepare post-training reports, including training summaries and feedback analysis.
4. Monitor training effectiveness through market visits and performance tracking, including insights analysis, performance observation, and proposing improvement recommendations.
5. Handle real-time case discussions and provide problem-solving guidance to sales teams.
Qualifications
1. Minimum 3 years of experience in retail and/or training. A background in finance (loans, installment, credit card, payments) is preferred.
2. Proficient in office software. Able to independently create PowerPoint presentations and conduct data analysis using Excel.
3. Analytical and problem-solving skills. Able to identify process gaps through data analysis and field observation, proposing improvement solutions.
4. Good communication and coordination skills, with the ability to collaborate with other teams (such as sales and HR teams).
5. Willing to travel to nearby cities/regions for short-term business trips (offline training sessions and market visits).
