About the Role:

We are seeking a talented and motivated UI Path Professional to join our automation and digital transformation team in Karachi. The selected candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions using UI Path, enabling efficiency, accuracy, and scalability across business functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze, design, and develop automated processes using UI Path tools and technologies.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for automation and assess feasibility.
• Create detailed documentation of automation workflows, design approaches, and implementation plans.
• Develop reusable components, frameworks, and libraries to support automation scalability.
• Configure bots, orchestrators, and environments according to project requirements.
• Conduct unit testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimization of automation scripts.
• Ensure adherence to RPA best practices, governance standards, and coding guidelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Operations, Business) for deployment and maintenance of RPA solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers and team members when required.
• Continuously explore and implement new features, tools, or methods to enhance automation capabilities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 1+ years of hands-on experience working with UI Path in automation development or solution design.
• Strong understanding of RPA lifecycle, including process assessment, design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Proficiency in UI Path Studio, Orchestrator, and other related components.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
• Experience in integrating RPA with external systems and databases (e.g., SQL, APIs).
• Strong documentation, communication, and collaboration abilities.
• Mandatory certification in either UI Path Project Lead or UI Path Solution Architect.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in managing end-to-end automation projects.
• Exposure to AI/ML integration with RPA solutions.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
• Knowledge of other RPA tools will be an added advantage.
