• Working Hours: Evening Shift (US Central Time)

• Experience: 3–6 years in UI/UX Design, Graphic Design, or Visual Communications
• Minimum Education: Bachelor's in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia Design, or related field
• Compensation: Above Market
• Interview Process: 2 Zoom Rounds

Summary

Design modern websites, web applications, marketing assets, and digital experiences that support business operations, branding, and client solutions. This role requires strong creativity, excellent design fundamentals, and the ability to translate business requirements into intuitive user experiences and engaging visual content.

Responsibilities

• Work with marketing, engineering, business, and US-based teams to understand business requirements and creative objectives.
• Design modern, responsive websites, landing pages, web applications, and digital experiences.
• Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, interactive prototypes, reusable UI components, and scalable design systems.
• Design branding materials, marketing collateral, social media graphics, LinkedIn carousels, presentations, infographics, website assets, and digital advertisements.
• Produce short promotional videos, motion graphics, product demonstrations, and social media content.
• Apply typography, color theory, visual hierarchy, information hierarchy, layout, composition, branding, usability, and accessibility principles across all deliverables.
• Maintain consistency across digital products, marketing materials, and brand touchpoints while meeting quality standards and project deadlines.
• Document design systems, brand guidelines, and reusable design assets.

• Design Tools: Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator.
• Motion Design: Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro or CapCut.

Preferred Skills

• AI Design: Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT, Midjourney, Ideogram, Figma AI, Canva AI, or similar.
• Frontend Collaboration: React, Next.js, Tailwind CSS, Storybook, or similar.
• Industry Experience: SaaS, AI, Cloud, Data, Technology.
