We're looking for a talented, reliable, and forward-thinking UI/UX Designer to join our remote team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on impactful web, app and graphic design projects for Australian brands — all within a collaborative and creative environment.

About Us

Xenex Media is a digital agency that specialises in branding, web design, CRM solutions, and custom-built platforms. We work with clients across industries (particularly real estate and service-based businesses) to deliver high-quality digital experiences. You will be working with our Australian Design Manager.

The Role

We’re looking for a digital designer with a strong portfolio of web and UI work. You’ll be responsible for creating clean, modern, and user-friendly interfaces — primarily in Figma. While our focus is digital, print design experience is a welcome bonus.

What You'll Do

Design websites, dashboards, mobile interfaces, and CRM screens.
Work closely with developers, project managers, and brand strategists.
Maintain and contribute to design systems and component libraries.
Apply UX thinking to ensure designs are intuitive and user-centred.
Occasionally work on brand or print assets (not required, but appreciated).

What You’ll Need

2+ years of professional UI/UX or web design experience.
Strong Figma skills (or similar) — including auto layout, components, and prototyping.
A portfolio showcasing recent, relevant digital design work (please include with your application).
Familiarity with responsive design and accessibility principles.
