Job Description

We’re looking for a Bidder Specialist to join our team and help drive sales on freelance platforms like Upwork. If you’re passionate about creating meaningful client relationships and closing deals, we’d love to hear from you!

What You’ll Do:

• Optimize our profiles to showcase our services, expertise, and achievements effectively.
• Proactively identify potential clients and tailor personalized solutions to their needs.
• Craft and submit persuasive, high-quality proposals that stand out.
• Follow up with clients, negotiate terms, and convert leads into successful projects.
• Build trust and long-term relationships with clients while securing new opportunities.
• Track proposal success rates, revenue growth, and project outcomes to refine strategies.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, platform algorithms, and bidding best practices.

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 2 years of proven success on Upwork or similar platforms.
• Excellent writing and interpersonal abilities.
• A knack for closing deals and building lasting relationships.
• Familiarity with freelance platform tools and strategies.
• Strong multitasking, organizational, and time-management skills.
• A background in IT or tech concepts is a plus!
• Available for evening shifts (4:00PM - 1:00AM)
