Upwork Bidder

Ahs Creative is seeking a motivated and experienced Upwork Bidder to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least four years of experience in proposal writing, client communication, and market research. This role involves generating leads and securing projects through freelancing platforms, primarily Upwork, as well as through direct client outreach via calling. The candidate must demonstrate exceptional skills in analyzing client requirements and developing persuasive proposals that align with client needs. Strong time management skills and the ability to effectively use bid management and client communication tracking tools are essential in this role. In this position, the Upwork Bidder works independently to manage and prioritize multiple bids, ensuring timely submission and follow-up. The role requires excellent verbal and written communication to maintain professional interactions with clients through Upworks messaging platform and other communication channels. The successful candidate will continuously conduct market research and analyze job listings to identify suitable opportunities that match the companys services. This role does not involve managing a team but requires a proactive approach to handle multiple projects and maintain high quality in bid submissions.
Responsibilities
 

• Analyze client requirements and tailor proposals to meet specific project needs on Upwork and other freelancing platforms.
• Write clear, compelling, and customized proposals aimed at winning projects and generating leads.
• Communicate effectively with clients through Upwork messaging platform and direct calling to clarify project details and build strong relationships.
• Conduct thorough market research and job analysis to identify new project opportunities and trends within the freelancing marketplace.
• Utilize bid management and client proposal automation tools to streamline the proposal process and increase efficiency.
• Track client communications and follow up regularly to maintain engagement and improve success rates.
• Manage multiple bidding activities simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and ensuring high-quality submissions.
• Maintain detailed records of all client interactions, proposal statuses, and project leads for reporting and performance analysis.
• Collaborate with internal teams at Ahs Creative to gather relevant information and resources needed for proposal development.
• Continuously improve bidding strategies based on market feedback, success rates, and client preferences.
