D Marketing And Solutions is seeking an experienced Upwork Bidder & Fiverr Profile Manager to join our growing team in Lahore. This full-time, onsite role focuses on managing our US-based freelance profiles and consistently building a pipeline of qualified projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in bidding for Mobile App Development, Web Development, and other IT/Digital Services, with a proven track record of securing projects and managing profiles effectively. This position requires strong proposal-writing abilities, excellent client communication skills, and a results-driven mindset.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize Upwork and Fiverr profiles targeting US-based clients.
- Develop and submit compelling proposals tailored to Mobile App Development, Web Development, and related IT/Digital Services projects.
- Maintain a consistent flow of qualified project leads by actively bidding and following up on opportunities.
- Monitor project progress and client communications to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.
- Analyze bidding strategies and adjust approaches to improve success rates and profile visibility.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align project requirements and client expectations.
- Track and report on bidding outcomes, secured projects, and overall profile performance.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1.5 years of experience managing freelance profiles and bidding on platforms like Upwork and Fiverr.
- Demonstrable success in securing projects, especially in Mobile App Development, Web Development, or similar IT/Digital Services.
- Strong proposal writing skills with the ability to craft persuasive and customized bids.
- Excellent communication skills to engage and negotiate with clients professionally.
- Ability to work onsite in Lahore during the shift hours of 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM.
- A results-oriented approach with a focus on meeting or exceeding performance targets.
