Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Upwork Expert Bidder, located in Karachi Division. The Upwork Expert Bidder will be responsible for identifying and bidding on relevant projects, crafting compelling proposals, and managing client communications. The role also involves researching potential clients, understanding project requirements, and ensuring that bids meet all client-specified criteria.

Qualifications

• Experience in Bid Management and Proposal Writing
• Strong understanding of Upwork platform and freelancing marketplace dynamics
• Excellent Communication and Negotiation skills
• Ability to research and comprehend client needs and project requirements
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other project management tools
• Proven experience in winning bids and managing client expectations
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in IT or related industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
