Upwork Sales Executive (Design and Development)

The Active Solutions is seeking a talented Upwork Sales Executive to join its sales team and drive lead generation efforts. This role is designed for a motivated professional with experience in Upwork sales, particularly within the design and development sector. The position is based in Gulistan-e-Jauhar, Block-14, Karachi, and requires on-site attendance. Flexible shift timings are offered to accommodate different schedules. Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue relevant projects on Upwork to generate new business opportunities.
- Develop and submit tailored, persuasive proposals that address potential clients’ specific needs.
- Effectively pitch the company’s services to secure new clients and expand the client base.
- Negotiate contract terms and close deals efficiently, ensuring mutual satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.

Required Qualifications:
- 2 to 3 years of proven experience in Upwork sales, with a focus on the design and development industry.
- Completion of formal education.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to engage clients professionally and clearly.
- Comprehensive understanding of the entire sales cycle, including proposal development, client engagement, and relationship management.
