What You'll Do

• Find relevant projects on Upwork and Freelancer.
• Submit winning proposals to potential clients.
• Communicate with international clients and understand their requirements.
• Negotiate pricing, timelines, and project scope.
• Close deals and bring new business to the company.
• Build long-term client relationships for repeat business.
• Work closely with the development team to ensure smooth project delivery.

Requirements

• Previous experience generating sales through Upwork and Freelancer is mandatory.
• Experience working in a software house will be preferred.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Strong proposal writing and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented.
• Basic understanding of software development services such as Web Development, Mobile Apps, UI/UX, AI Solutions, and Custom Software.

• Job Type: Full-time
• Location: Office-Based (Karachi)
• Working Days: Monday to Friday
• Salary: Rs. 40,000 – Rs. 80,000 per month + Attractive Sales Incentives (Based on Experience)
