We are looking for a detail-oriented Property Management & Lease Administrator to support the administration of a U.S.-based real estate portfolio. This role is ideal for candidates with foundational knowledge of lease agreements, property management processes, and commercial real estate operations. The successful candidate will assist with lease data management, contract review, reporting, and day-to-day property management support while developing expertise in U.S. leasing practices.

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Review lease agreements, amendments, renewals, and related documents to identify key terms and obligations.
  • Maintain accurate lease records and documentation within company systems.
  • Track important lease milestones such as expirations, renewals, rent increases, and notice periods.
  • Support lease compliance monitoring and identify missing or inconsistent lease information.
  • Communicate with tenants, vendors, and internal teams regarding lease and property-related matters.
  • Maintain lease and property-related data for reporting purposes.
  • Assist in reviewing rent rolls and lease information for accuracy.
  • Prepare recurring reports related to lease status, occupancy, renewals, and portfolio activity.
  • Contribute to process improvements that enhance data quality and operational efficiency.

     

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 0–2 years of experience in lease administration, property management, contract administration, real estate operations, or a similar field.
  • Basic understanding of US base lease agreements and commercial real estate concepts.
  • Ability to review documents and extract key information accurately.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn U.S. real estate leasing practices.
