User Experience Designer

Job Description:

As a Junior UX/UI Designer, you will play a key role in crafting seamless and visually compelling user experiences across web and mobile applications. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and stakeholders, to create designs that are not only user-centric but also aligned with business goals. You’ll take ownership of the design process, from wireframing to high-fidelity designs, contributing to the overall success of our products.

Key Responsibilities:

Design intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for both web and mobile applications.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements, business goals, and user needs.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs that meet project objectives.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze competitors to inform design decisions.
Partner with developers to ensure design implementation is consistent with the vision.
Advocate for user-centered design principles, ensuring accessibility and best practices are maintained.
Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.

What we are looking for:

Proven experience of 2-3 years as UX/UI Designer.
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, from concept to completion.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and agile methodologies.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
A proactive, adaptable attitude with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
