UX/UI Designer

Job Overview
Epik International, a leading provider of domain registration and web hosting services, is seeking a talented and creative UX/UI Designer to join our team. We are dedicated to simplifying the process of managing online identities for a diverse global clientele, with a core commitment to security and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating intuitive, user-centric, and visually appealing digital experiences that align with our company's mission. This is a full-time, remote position.

Responsibilities
 

• Translate user requirements and business goals into elegant and effective design solutions.
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and sitemaps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
• Develop and maintain a consistent design system across all our digital platforms, including our main website and customer control panels.
• Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to enhance and optimise the user experience.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for our products and services.
• Design visually stunning and user-friendly interfaces, from initial concept to final hand-off to the engineering team.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest UX/UI trends, techniques, and technologies to ensure our digital presence remains modern and effective.

Qualifications
 

• Proven professional experience as a UX/UI Designer or in a similar role.
• A strong portfolio showcasing your design process and a range of user-centred design solutions.
• Proficiency in design and wireframing tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar software.
• An excellent understanding of user-centred design principles, best practices, and accessibility standards.
• Experience with user research methodologies, such as usability testing, A/B testing, and user interviews.
• Strong visual design skills with a keen eye for detail, typography, and colour theory.
• The ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate design decisions clearly to stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
• (Desirable) Experience working in the tech, web hosting, or domain registration industry.
• (Desirable) A basic understanding of HTML and CSS for rapid prototyping purposes.
