What You’ll Do:

• Use tools like Veo (we can train you, but prefer creators who have made content with Veo already) to create scroll-stopping video ads and brand content
• Collaborate with strategists and editors to translate creative briefs into high-performance ads
• Edit, style, and structure videos optimized for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and paid media
• Learn our AI-driven workflows and help us push creative boundaries

You Don’t Need to Know Veo (Yet):

• If you’re a strong video editor or media creative who understands pacing, storytelling, and what makes content convert, you’ll be a great fit.
• We’ll teach you how to use Veo and other generative tools as part of our pipeline.

You’re Likely a Fit If You:

• Have a background in video editing, branded content, motion graphics, or paid media
• Understand how to hook attention and communicate visually in under 30 seconds
• Are excited by the idea of working with AI tools like Veo, Runway, or Pika (even if you’re new to them)
• Can move quickly, iterate on feedback, and self-manage in a remote environment

Bonus If You:

• Have experience editing for TikTok, Meta, YouTube Ads, or UGC-style formats
• Have worked with agencies, creative studios, or in-house content teams
• Are curious and constantly experimenting with new tools and formats
