Video Editor Intern

Job Description

Brand Republic is seeking a motivated and skilled Video Editor Intern to join their creative team on a full-time, on-site basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in non-linear editing and practical experience with Adobe Creative Suite, including Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop. This position is located in P.E.C.H.S Block 06, Karachi, with working hours from 11:00 am to 8:00 pm. Candidates should possess a diploma or certification in Video Editing or a related field and have up to one year of relevant industry experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Edit and assemble raw footage into polished, engaging video content that meets project requirements.
- Ensure logical sequencing and smooth transitions to maintain the flow and coherence of video projects.
- Collaborate closely with creative and content teams to ensure all visuals align with the brand’s messaging and standards.
- Utilize Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop to create video edits and motion graphics.
- Maintain organized project files and consistently meet tight deadlines without compromising quality or creativity.

Required Qualifications:
- Diploma or certification in Video Editing or a related discipline.
- Up to one year of relevant industry experience in video editing or production.
- Proficiency in non-linear editing techniques and software.
- Strong command of Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
- A professional portfolio showcasing recent video editing work that demonstrates creativity and technical skills.
- Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
