To expand our in-house production capabilities, we’re hiring a versatile Video Editor & Motion Graphics Artist who can transform raw footage into scroll-stopping stories—and elevate them with light animation and on-brand motion graphics.

Position Summary

This role is perfect for an editor who’s just as comfortable assembling a narrative in Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve as they are adding kinetic type, animated icons, and subtle VFX in After Effects. You’ll own the entire post-production pipeline—from intake to final delivery—while collaborating closely with our design, marketing, and social teams via cloud-based review tools.

Key Responsibilities

Ingest, organize, and edit video assets into compelling short- and long-form content for various social media platforms such as Youtube, Instagram, TikTok and X.
Design and animate lower thirds, logo stings, infographics, and motion-graphic overlays
Create eye-catching animations (e.g., transitions, kinetic typography, UI mock-ups)
Optimize file sizes and compression settings for web, social, and broadcast delivery
Maintain an organized project-file structure, motion-graphics library, and archived assets in the cloud
Stay current on motion-design trends, plugins, and emerging formats; recommend new techniques
Collaborate in real time with producers and designers.

Must-Have Qualifications

1–4 years of professional or freelance experience in video editing and motion graphics
Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve (Fusion/Fairlight a plus)
Strong grasp of storytelling, pacing, and motion-design fundamentals (ease, arcs, anticipation)
Demonstrated skill in designing and animating on-brand graphics, typography, and VFX
Meticulous file management, version control, and cloud-backup habits
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable with iterative feedback loops
Portfolio/showreel highlighting both narrative editing and motion-graphics work

Nice-to-Have Extras

Experience with 3-D or VFX tools (Cinema 4D, Blender, Element 3D)
After Effects expressions or scripting to automate repetitive tasks
Familiarity with CapCut, Runway, or other AI-assisted editing tools
Basic sound-design or music-editing capability
