Vigilance Executive

HRSI is looking for Vigilance Executives for one of its clients.

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

1. Gather intelligence information about any potential threats to the company or the company’s customers' assets
2. Identify gaps/security lapse in the acceptance and delivery process of customers' international cargo consignments
3. Extend strong working relationships with airport regulatory and security authorities   (Customs authorities, Airport Police, ASF, CAA Vigilance, ANF, airport security agencies etc.) and gather information about any potential threats to company installations and assets
4. Verify identity credentials of all personnel and visitors
5. Monitor surveillance systems- cctv and staff/visitors In/out logs whenever required
6. Immediate report and respond to any security incident and furnish a detailed report that should contain findings and remedial actions
7. Conduct routine and surprise inspections of cargo consignments
8. Review and authenticate cargo delivery logs
9. Coordinate incident response and reporting
10. Gather intelligence information pertaining to any possible threats to the company’s tangible and intangible assets
11. Investigate any incident that happened at cargo warehouses/airport operations areas and furnish a report and conduct RCS (root cause analysis)
12. Surveillance equipment shall be tested regularly for operational effectiveness
13. Video records shall be retained in accordance with legal and organizational requirements.
14. CCTV systems shall cover all critical areas, including gates, perimeters, storage zones, and docks.

 Qualifications & Experience

Minimum Education:  Bachelor’s Degree. Diploma in Security Management will be preferred

Experience Required:

• Total: Minimum 7 years of experience
• Relevant: 3 years in the security function. Should be well aware of Security Industry’s best practices. Certifications: Corporate Security Courses preferred / certification in field investigations and intelligence preferred
