Mosaic Bespoke is a premium residential construction company based in Hertfordshire, UK, specialising in high-end bespoke homes, extensions, and refurbishments. With over 25 years in the industry, we're a tight, systems-driven team that takes preconstruction seriously, and we're growing.

We use JobTread as our central project management and cost platform, and we invest in building proper processes around cost control, procurement, and reporting. This isn't a tick-box QS role, it's a key operational position in a business that cares about doing things right.

The Role

We're looking for an experienced Virtual QS to join us part-time, working remotely. You'll be embedded in our preconstruction and delivery workflow, producing project timelines, estimates, managing cost plans, running CVR reporting, and supporting procurement across our live project pipeline.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Preparing detailed cost plans and estimates from planning drawings and specifications
• Producing and managing Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for live projects
• Running Cost-Value Reconciliation (CVR) reporting through JobTread
• Supporting subcontractor procurement, packages, comparisons, and appointments
• Managing variations, change control, and client cost reporting
• Maintaining cost code discipline within JobTread (Labour / Materials / Subcontractor split)
• Creating and Managing Project programs

What We're Looking For

• Solid experience in UK residential construction, you must understand how UK projects are structured, priced, and delivered
• A degree or equivalent in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
• Hands-on experience with JobTread, or a comparable construction cost platform (Builder Trend, Procore, Buildxact, etc.) — you'll learn our setup fast if the fundamentals are there
• Comfortable working independently across time zones with a UK-based team.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent written and verbal English

This role is open to candidates based in the Philippines, Pakistan, or South Africa.
