We are looking for a Warehouse Incharge with 3 to 4 years of experience to manage and oversee daily warehouse operations. The successful candidate will lead warehouse staff, ensure inventory accuracy, maintain safety compliance, and coordinate logistics to support smooth and efficient warehouse activities. This full-time, on-site position demands strong leadership, excellent organizational skills, and a hands-on management style to drive operational success.
Key Responsibilities
Supervision and Management:
Manage daily warehouse functions including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping. Supervise and train warehouse personnel to uphold safety standards and company policies. Handle staff scheduling, conduct performance reviews, and resolve workplace issues promptly. Ensure consistent enforcement of company procedures within the warehouse.
Inventory Management:
Maintain precise inventory records and regularly monitor stock levels. Develop and improve inventory control systems to minimize waste and enhance operational efficiency. Oversee proper storage and handling of goods to prevent damage or spoilage.
Logistics and Operations:
Coordinate the movement of goods from receipt to shipment. Work closely with suppliers and carriers to ensure timely deliveries. Supervise the operation and upkeep of warehouse equipment, including forklifts and machinery. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times.
Safety and Compliance:
Implement and enforce safety protocols to create a secure workplace. Conduct routine safety inspections and address hazards immediately. Ensure compliance with all relevant safety laws and regulations.
Communication and Collaboration:
Maintain effective communication with internal teams such as sales and procurement to support operational objectives. Collaborate with suppliers and logistics partners to streamline processes. Professionally handle customer inquiries related to warehouse operations.
