Pakistan Facilities Management Pvt Ltd is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Officer to oversee the efficient operations of the Penicillin unit warehouse. The candidate plays a pivotal role in managing material and production planning while ensuring that inventory levels meet production demands. This position requires competent handling of warehouse management systems and a solid foundation in supply chain management principles. The Warehouse Officer will lead a team of 20 personnel, emphasizing coordination, timely stock availability, and maintaining adherence to safety and quality standards within warehouse operations. The ideal candidate brings 4 to 5 years of hands-on experience managing inventory in a production or pharmaceutical environment. Strong skills in Power BI are essential to support reporting and business intelligence functions. The Warehouse Officer will work closely with production teams to align inventory control with production schedules and will be responsible for generating detailed analytical reports that drive operational decision-making. This role demands a meticulous and organized professional with excellent communication and analytical skills to ensure seamless logistics and quality control in warehouse functions.
Responsibilities
 

• Manage all warehouse operations related to Penicillin products, ensuring smooth receipt, storage, and dispatch.
• Plan and coordinate material requirements to ensure availability aligns with production schedules and avoids stockouts or excess inventory.
• Collaborate closely with the production team to support effective production planning and timely resource allocation.
• Maintain accurate inventory records by implementing rigorous inventory control processes and using warehouse management systems effectively.
• Develop, prepare, and maintain detailed reports and interactive dashboards utilizing Power BI to support data-driven decision making.
• Monitor stock levels continuously and proactively take action to minimize inventory shortages or surpluses, optimizing inventory turnover.
• Oversee compliance with all relevant warehouse safety standards and quality control protocols to maintain a secure and efficient working environment.
• Lead and supervise a team of 20 warehouse personnel, fostering teamwork, setting performance goals, and providing training and support as necessary.
• Coordinate logistics activities including receiving, storing, and distribution of goods in line with company policies and production demands.
• Ensure thorough documentation and record keeping processes are followed to maintain traceability and support audit requirements.
• Conduct regular audits and cycle counts to verify inventory accuracy and identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Use analytical and problem-solving skills to address inventory discrepancies and implement corrective measures swiftly.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of supply chain best practices and warehouse technology advancements to continually improve operational efficiency.
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and management, providing updates on warehouse status, challenges, and progress.
