We are looking for Warehouse Officer (Hyderabad)

Job Details:

• Oversee daily stock movements including inbound, outbound, and internal transfers.
• Ensure accurate stock levels through cycle counts and support full physical inventory counts.
• Minimize stock variances and report discrepancies.
• Supervise picking, packing, and storage activities.
• Ensure proper binning and labeling of materials.
• Maintain FIFO practices.
• Allocate work and manage warehouse supervisor, pickers, and loaders.
• Monitor productivity and ensure adherence to SOPs.
• Provide on-the-job training and enforce safety practices.
• Ensure accurate data entry in WMS/ERP for goods received, dispatched, or moved internally.
• Prepare GRNs, delivery challans, and other dispatch documents.
• Maintain logs and records related to stock movement.
• Minimize floor damages.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety standards and warehouse safety guidelines.
• Report any safety hazards or equipment issues.
• Prepare monthly Non-Moving Stock Report and make measures to liquidate them.

Skills and Requirements:

Education: Minimum B.A/BSc.

Experience: 02-03 Years of relevant experience.

• Maintain picking/packing accuracy to reduce dispatch errors.
