Water Treatment Plant Engineer

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Water Treatment Plant Engineer to oversee the design, operation, maintenance, and optimization of our water treatment facilities. The ideal candidate will ensure that water treatment processes meet regulatory standards, operate efficiently, and provide high-quality water.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, install, and maintain water treatment systems and equipment.
• Monitor and optimize water treatment processes to ensure efficiency and compliance with environmental regulations.
• Conduct water quality tests and analyze data to ensure safety and compliance with industry standards.
• Troubleshoot operational issues and implement corrective actions to improve system performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including environmental scientists, technicians, and maintenance staff.
• Stay updated with new technologies, industry trends, and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare technical reports and documentation for regulatory compliance and internal use.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• years of experience in water treatment plant operations or a related role.
• Strong knowledge of water treatment processes, filtration systems, and chemical dosing.
• Familiarity with environmental regulations and compliance standards.
• Proficiency in using monitoring and control systems for water treatment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in water treatment or environmental engineering.
• Experience with SCADA systems and automation technologies.
• Knowledge of wastewater treatment processes is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs75,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month
