WE ARE HIRING BUSINESS ANALYST

🔹CORE REQUIREMENTS:
• 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in software, SaaS, or digital product environments.
• Strong understanding of Agile/SCRUM methodologies and SDLC processes.
• Proven ability to create user stories, process flows, and requirement documentation.
• Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, or similar tools.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional and remote teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Familiarity with AI-assisted documentation or data analysis tools is a plus.

🔹PREFERRED SKILLS:
• Experience with AI, AR/VR, or blockchain-based products.
• Knowledge of data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
• Exposure to API documentation, wireframing, or prototyping tools (Figma, Miro, Balsamiq).
• Agile certifications (PSPO, CBAP, PMI-PBA, or similar) preferred.
• Ability to convert complex technical information into business-friendly language.
