About the job

We’re looking for an experienced Upwork Bidding Expert to help us win projects in web and app development.

This role is based in Shamsi Society, Karachi, and offers Salary + Commission compensation aligned with your expertise and results.

What You’ll Do:

• Identify and bid on relevant projects on Upwork (Web, Mobile App, and related digital solutions)
• Craft persuasive proposals customize to client needs
• Communicate effectively with prospects and hand over qualified leads to our development team
• Maintain a consistent pipeline of opportunities

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in Upwork bidding or freelance platform lead generation
• Strong understanding of web & mobile app development services
• Excellent written communication and client-handling skills
• Self-driven, results-oriented, and motivated by performance-based rewards

Compensation:

Salary + Commission (high commissions depending on your value and results)

On-site – Shamsi Society, Karachi
