Role Description The Video Content Creator will plan, script, shoot, and edit video content for various digital platforms, including social media, websites, and marketing campaigns. This full-time, on-site role in Hyderabad involves collaborating closely with designers, copywriters, and marketing teams to develop engaging visual stories that align with brand objectives and campaign goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include brainstorming concepts, creating short-form and long-form video assets, optimizing content for different formats, and ensuring consistent brand messaging and visual style. The Video Content Creator will also manage video assets, stay current with digital trends and platform best practices, and contribute ideas to improve audience engagement and performance.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in video production, including planning, filming, and editing for digital platforms.
• Proficiency with video editing software (e.g., Capcut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve) and basic motion graphics tools.
• Experience creating content for social media, websites, and online campaigns, with an understanding of platform-specific formats.
• Ability to develop visual narratives, write basic scripts, and translate creative briefs into compelling video content.
• Solid understanding of lighting, sound, framing, and visual composition for both studio and on-location shoots.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced creative environment.
• Attention to detail, time management, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Familiarity with digital marketing concepts, audience engagement metrics, and content performance optimization is a plus.
• Prior experience in an agency or digital content environment is preferred; a portfolio showcasing recent video work is required.
• Relevant education in media, film, communications, design, or a related field is beneficial but not mandatory.
