Role Overview

We're looking for an Experienced WordPress Backend/Plugin Developer with ReactJS expertise to develop premium, licensed plugins and provide top-tier development services. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of backend development, as front-end-only developers will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Develop and maintain custom WordPress plugins following WordPress Codex standards.

✅ Write clean, efficient, and well-structured code.

✅ Modify and enhance existing plugins based on project needs.

✅ Stay updated with the latest WordPress trends and best practices.

✅ Troubleshoot and resolve plugin-related conflicts efficiently.

What We’re Looking For

🔹 2-4 years of experience in WordPress plugin development.

🔹 Strong knowledge of PHP, WordPress, and OOP concepts.

🔹 Hands-on experience with WordPress REST API, WP-CLI, and WordPress hooks.

🔹 Proven experience with ReactJS.

🔹 Familiarity with AI-powered coding tools (GitHub Copilot, Codeium, Cursor).

🔹 Experience with Git, GitHub, and AI-assisted code reviews.

🔹 Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality projects.
