Job Description
As an Account Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, overseeing the execution of strategic marketing plans, and ensuring client satisfaction. You will lead a team, collaborate with internal departments, and provide guidance to deliver outstanding results.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring effective communication and project delivery.
Develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns aligned with client goals.
Oversee day-to-day account operations, including project timelines, budgets, and resources.
Supervise and mentor junior account team members.
Collaborate with creative, media, and production teams to ensure client deliverables are met.
Provide regular updates and reports to clients and senior management.
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in account management or a similar role.
Strong understanding of marketing and advertising strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to lead and inspire a team.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software.
