Accounting Officer

Job Description

We are looking for an Accounting Officer who is responsible for managing the financial record of the Company. Their primary role is to ensure that financial records are accurate, complete, and in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Financial record keeping: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records.
• Financial reporting: Preparing financial statements and reports.
• Accounts payable and receivable: Overseeing payment processing and collections.
• Timely preparation of Income Tax challans and statements monthly and Quarterly basis.
• Internal controls: Establishing and maintaining financial control procedures.
• Audit and compliance: Assisting in audits and addressing findings.
• Financial system management: Utilising accounting software and systems.
• Regulatory compliance: Staying updated with accounting and financial regulations.

Qualifications and Skills:

• B.Com/M.Com / ACC/CMA/CA Part Qualified/Enrolled.
• 1 months to 3 year of experience in accounting.
• Proficiency in accounting software and financial systems.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
