Accounts Assistant

Job Overview:

10X Digital, a leading digital marketing agency based in Dubai, is looking for an experienced Accounts Assistant

to join our back-office team in Karachi. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and at least 2 years of experience handling accounts receivable.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and process accounts receivable transactions.
Follow up on outstanding invoices and ensure timely collections.
Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies.
Prepare and maintain financial reports related to receivables.
Coordinate with clients and internal teams to address payment-related queries.
Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts receivable.
Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written).
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
