Role & Responsibility

  • Manage all accounting transactions.
  • Assist in monthly, quarterly and annual closings.
  • Reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
  • Ensure timely payments processing.
  • Maintain records and receipts for all daily transactions.
  • Ensure financial records are kept up-to-date with the latest transactions and changes.
  • Contribute to financial audits.
  • Monitor all bank deposits and payments.
  • Processing invoices
  • Supporting the accounts manager with projects and tasks when required
  • Handle the daily transactions from other departments.

Skills & Experience

  • Two year experience with Bachelors/Master’s Degree
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment
  • Ability to prioritize among competing tasks
  • Excellent time and project management skills.
  • Keen attention to detail and adherence to deadlines
  • Familiar with Quick Book and Xero software
  • Expert at Microsoft Office Suite

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs55,000.00 per month
