After Sales Supervisor

Job Responsibilities:

The Aftersales Supervisor will be responsible for:

Overseeing aftersales operations and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction within the dealer network.
Addressing customer inquiries, troubleshooting performance issues, and coordinating repairs or replacements.
Gathering product performance feedback and collaborating with internal teams to enhance product offerings.
Maintaining accurate records of aftersales activities and generating reports.
Qualifications and Skills:

Diploma of Associate Engineering (D.A.E) in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical disciplines.
4–5 years of relevant experience in aftersales service, preferably in the lead-acid battery or manufacturing industry.
Strong technical background with excellent problem-solving skills.
A customer-focused approach and the ability to communicate effectively.
