About the Role


 

We are hiring an AI Marketing Growth Systems Architect to help us build scalable marketing systems across multiple education brands.

This is not a basic marketing execution role.

We are looking for someone who can combine marketing thinking, AI tools, automation, content systems, research, analytics, and growth workflows to help build a powerful marketing engine.

The ideal candidate should be able to take a business goal like “increase leads,” “scale content,” “improve SEO,” “track performance,” or “automate reporting” and convert it into a clear system, workflow, dashboard, SOP, or AI-powered process.

You will work closely with the leadership team to build systems across content creation, SEO, paid ads, CRM, lead tracking, campaign planning, reporting, market research, automation, and performance analytics.


 

Key Responsibilities


 

  • Build AI-powered marketing systems for content, SEO, ads, research, reporting, and lead generation.
  • Create structured workflows for content production, campaign execution, and marketing operations.
  • Use AI tools to speed up research, content planning, competitor analysis, keyword research, and campaign ideation.
  • Build and maintain marketing dashboards for leads, campaigns, ad performance, CAC, ROAS, conversions, and content output.
  • Design CRM and lead tracking workflows to improve visibility across the marketing and sales funnel.
  • Create prompt libraries, SOPs, templates, checklists, and documentation for repeatable marketing processes.
  • Support the creation of content systems for social media, blogs, landing pages, reels, ads, UGC-style content, and SEO content.
  • Research competitors, market trends, customer pain points, keywords, and audience behavior.
  • Help automate repetitive marketing tasks using tools like Google Sheets, Zapier, Make, Notion, Airtable, or similar platforms.
  • Work with designers, content creators, editors, sales teams, and leadership to ensure smooth execution.
  • Identify gaps in the current marketing process and build systems to improve speed, quality, tracking, and performance.
  • Run growth experiments across SEO, paid ads, organic content, landing pages, and lead generation funnels.

  • Strong in marketing fundamentals.
  • Comfortable using AI tools for research, content, analysis, planning, and execution.
  • Good at building processes, workflows, and systems from scratch.
  • Analytical and comfortable with numbers, dashboards, and performance tracking.
  • Strong with Google Sheets, CRMs, reporting tools, and documentation.
  • Able to break messy ideas into clear, actionable workflows.
  • Curious, resourceful, and fast at learning new tools.
  • Good at research, content planning, and competitor analysis.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to take ownership without needing constant supervision.
  • Interested in growth, automation, AI, funnels, content, SEO, and performance marketing.


 

Required Skills / Experience

  • 1–3+ years of experience in marketing, growth, content systems, automation, AI tools, digital marketing, or a related role.
  • Understanding of digital marketing channels such as SEO, paid ads, social media, email, landing pages, and lead generation.
  • Strong written communication skills.
  • Good research and documentation skills.
  • Experience working with spreadsheets, dashboards, CRMs, or project management tools.
  • Ability to create SOPs, templates, workflows, and structured processes.
  • Basic understanding of marketing funnels, lead tracking, conversions, CAC, and ROAS.
  • Strong attention to detail.


 

Tools That Would Be a Plus

Experience with any of the following tools would be a plus:

  • ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, or other AI tools
  • Google Sheets, Excel, Looker Studio
  • Notion, ClickUp, Airtable, Trello, Asana
  • Zapier, Make, n8n
  • Meta Ads, Google Ads
  • Google Analytics, Google Search Console
  • Canva, Figma
  • CRM tools
  • SEO tools
  • AI image, video, and content generation tools
  • Landing page builders

You do not need to know every tool, but you should be able to learn fast and figure things out independently.
