Salary: $5 - $7 per hour (depending on experience
Job Responsibilities:
Deliver clear, concise, and professional verbal communication.
Use active listening to understand client needs, objections, and concerns.
Build rapport and establish trust quickly with potential and existing clients.
Adapt communication style to suit different personalities and situations.
Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and written communication skills.
Compose accurate and professional emails, messages, and documentation.
Conduct cold calling campaigns with confidence and professionalism.
Present compelling value propositions and handle objections gracefully.
Identify, qualify, and engage leads effectively.
Recognize buying signals and guide prospects through the sales funnel.
Create urgency to encourage commitment from prospects.
Follow up with leads, reactivate dormant contacts, and manage outreach efforts.
Understand marketing funnels and the customer journey.
Confirm and schedule appointments accurately.
Manage scheduling conflicts, cancellations, and rescheduling.
Use calendar and scheduling tools efficiently.
Prioritize tasks and manage time to meet targets and deadlines.
Accurately log and manage client data and communications in CRM systems.
Generate reports and track sales or appointment metrics.
Utilize phone systems, communication tools, and relevant software confidently.
Multitask while maintaining attention to detail across tasks.
Respond promptly to inbound inquiries via phone, chat, email, or text.
Provide accurate product/service information and client support.
Deliver outstanding customer experiences, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
Address client concerns with empathy and resolve issues efficiently.
Maintain a client-focused mindset and build long-term relationships.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales, cold calling, or appointment setting.
Strong background in customer service or client-facing roles.
Proficiency in CRM tools and basic office software.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Self-starter with a proactive and positive attitude.
Experience with marketing campaigns and funnels.
Knowledge of email/text automation tools and newsletter platforms.
Familiarity with reactivation campaigns and lead engagement strategies.
Basic requirements
Must be proficient in speaking and writing English very clearly
Must have relevant work experience
Be able to submit an NBI clearance or Local Police Clearance background check if requested
Must be available for video meetings with your camera on
Must have no other clients during required work hours
