Rabtora Marketing Management is seeking a dedicated Appointment Setter to join our dynamic team. This role focuses on lead generation and scheduling meetings with potential clients to support the growth of our digital marketing services. You will be the first point of contact for prospective customers, engaging confidently with business owners and senior decision-makers to discuss how our services can meet their needs. The ideal candidate has 1 to 2 years of experience in appointment setting, telesales, or B2B sales within a related industry, such as digital marketing agencies or IT companies, and possesses a solid understanding of marketing, branding, and technology services. As an Appointment Setter, you will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with leads, utilizing various lead generation and follow-up strategies to ensure a steady pipeline of scheduled appointments. Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills are critical, as is the ability to organize and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment. While you will not be managing a team, your role is vital in supporting the sales process and contributing directly to the companys client acquisition objectives. Familiarity with CRM systems and lead generation tools is advantageous to track and manage communications effectively.
Responsibilities
 

  • Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients to introduce Rabtora Marketing Management's digital marketing and technology services.
  • Generate and qualify leads through various channels, ensuring a consistent flow of potential appointments for the sales team.
  • Engage confidently and professionally with business owners and senior decision-makers to understand their needs and schedule meetings.
  • Utilize CRM systems to track leads, manage appointments, and maintain accurate client information.
  • Apply effective follow-up strategies to nurture leads and convert initial interest into scheduled appointments.
  • Coordinate appointment scheduling to optimize the sales teams time and ensure timely client engagement.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, paid advertising, website and mobile app development, and branding to effectively communicate service offerings.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales and marketing teams to align appointment-setting efforts with overall business goals.
  • Organize daily activities and prioritize calls and follow-ups to meet or exceed targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Continuously improve outreach techniques and keep updated on industry trends to increase lead conversion rates.
