You will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, qualifying leads, and scheduling appointments for our sales team. You will play a crucial role in driving our business growth by engaging prospects, educating them on the benefits of solar energy, and securing appointments for further discussions.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospect Outreach: Initiate contact with potential clients via phone and email.
Lead Qualification: Engage with prospects to understand their energy needs and determine their interest in solar solutions.
Appointment Scheduling: Schedule appointments and follow-up meetings for the sales team to present customized solar solutions.
CRM Management: Accurately update and maintain prospect information in our CRM system.
Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily and weekly appointment-setting targets.
Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies and improve conversion rates.
Qualifications:
Experience: Prior experience in appointment setting, telesales, or a related customer service role is preferred.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive phone presence.
Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage your time effectively.
Interest in Solar: A passion for renewable energy and a basic understanding of the solar industry is a plus.
