The Area Incharge Supervisor Sales / Admin will be responsible for overseeing the sales operations, administrative tasks, and general management of the area under his jurisdiction. This role requires ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, managing the retail team, implementing sales strategies, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring administrative tasks are handled efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Management:

  • Supervise and lead the R.S.E within the assigned center to achieve sales targets.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies and action plans to maximize sales growth.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide necessary guidance, training, and motivation to the R.S.E
  • Identify and explore new business opportunities and potential clients within the area.
  • Ensure proper product knowledge and market awareness among the sales team.
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting of sales figures, trends, and other key performance indicators (KPIs).

2. Customer Relationship Management:

  • Maintain strong relationships with key clients and customers.
  • Address customer queries, complaints, and feedback promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Implement customer retention strategies and initiatives to enhance long-term business relationships.

3. Administration and Operations:

  • Oversee the daily administrative tasks, including schedules, records, and reports.
  • Coordinate with other departments (finance, HR, etc.) to ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintain office supplies, inventory, and equipment in good condition.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

4. Team Supervision and Development:

  • Provide leadership and mentorship to the sales team.
  • Monitor team performance, conduct weekly & monthly meetings, and assess individual progress.

5. Reporting and Analysis:

  • Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance, market trends, customer feedback, and other relevant information.
  • Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and make informed decisions.
  • Forecast sales and provide insights into potential challenges and opportunities in the market.

Qualifications:

  • Min- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
  • Proven experience of at least 3-5 years in sales and administrative roles, with a track record of managing a sales team.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze sales data, prepare reports, and present findings.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), CRM tools, and other sales-related software.
  • Knowledge of market trends, competitor analysis, and customer relationship management.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Working Conditions:

  • Full-time position. Duty in 2nd shift.
