Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Assistant role based in the Karachi Division. The Assistant will support day-to-day office operations, including organizing documents, maintaining records, and handling basic data entry tasks. The role involves coordinating with vendors and customers by phone and email, scheduling and following up on deliveries, and assisting with order processing and invoicing. The Assistant will help prepare simple reports, update spreadsheets, and support basic accounting or inventory tasks as needed. This position also includes general administrative responsibilities such as managing office supplies, arranging meetings, and assisting team members with routine operational tasks.
