Assistant Director – International Engagement

Indus University is a leading institution committed to academic excellence and global collaborations. We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Assistant Director – International Engagement to strengthen our international partnerships, foster global outreach, and enhance student mobility programs.

*Key Responsibilities:*

Develop and manage strategic partnerships with international universities and institutions. Oversee student exchange, study abroad, and transnational education programmes. Coordinate agreements, MOUs, and collaborative projects with global academic partners. Represent Indus University at international forums, conferences, and networking events. Work closely with internal departments to facilitate cross-border academic initiatives. Support international student recruitment and engagement strategies. Ensure compliance with international education policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications & Skills: Master’s degree in International Relations, Education, Business, or a related field (A Levels Background would be preferred). Minimum of 1 year-experience in international education, partnerships, or higher education administration. Strong knowledge about Transnational Education Policy and its types. Should have professional networking and relationship-building skills. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. Experience in managing MOUs and institutional collaborations is a plus.
