Assistant Manager Application

• Gather business requirements, analyze processes, and identify FIT/GAP areas within the ERP system.
• Develop, customize, and enhance Odoo modules, workflows, reports, and business processes.
• Manage API integrations, data synchronization, automation, and third-party system connectivity.
• Troubleshoot ERP/application issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement effective solutions.
• Support ERP upgrades, system maintenance, and performance optimization.
• Prepare functional and technical documentation and conduct user training and knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to recommend process improvements and ensure effective ERP adoption.

Education, Experience & Skills Requirement:

• Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Experience: 3–5 years of relevant experience in ERP Techno-Functional Support, Odoo Implementation, Business Process Analysis, or ERP Process Improvement.
• Core Expertise: Strong functional understanding of ERP solutions, business requirements, process improvement, Odoo implementation, and stakeholder management, with hands-on Odoo technical expertise in Python, Odoo ORM, XML/QWeb, JavaScript/OWL, PostgreSQL, REST APIs, and Git.

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Odoo Implementation: 3 years (Preferred)
