Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns, focusing on brand growth and lead generation.
- Collaborate with the marketing manager to ensure designs align with overall marketing goals.
- Manage and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads to enhance campaign performance.
- Maintain and manage content calendars across social platforms for timely content delivery.
- Stay updated with design trends and marketing best practices to create fresh, compelling content.
Social Media & Community Management
- Oversee day-to-day management of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content to boost audience interaction and brand presence
- Respond professionally to comments and inquiries, fostering a positive community environment.
Must-Have Skills:
- Digital Marketing Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, and email marketing tools to ensure successful online campaigns.
- Content Creation & Design: Expertise in producing visually captivating marketing materials and writing concise, engaging content for digital platforms.
- Social Media Management: Strong understanding of social media strategies and audience engagement across different platforms.
- Communication Proficiency: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to articulate ideas and collaborate effectively.
Experience Required:
- 2-3 years of experience in marketing, graphic design, and social media management.
- Proven success in managing and executing digital marketing campaigns on Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google Ads.
- Strong skills in designing marketing assets using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva.
- Experience in developing email marketing campaigns with higher open and click-through rates.
- Knowledge of social media management tools and strategies to foster brand growth.
Marketing Knowledge & Skills:
- Strong understanding of Meta Ads, Google Ads, and email marketing tools like Mailchimp or Constant Contact.
- Digital Strategy: Able to plan and execute campaigns with measurable ROI.
- SEO & Content Strategy: Knowledge of SEO principles to increase online visibility and engagement.
