Riphah International University invites an experienced and passionate Assistant Professor in Healthcare Management to join its distinguished academic team. The ideal candidate holds a PhD in Healthcare Management or a closely related discipline and possesses a minimum of four years of relevant experience. Responsibilities
 

  • Design and deliver engaging undergraduate and postgraduate courses in healthcare management and related fields, adhering to academic standards and fostering student success.
  • Develop, update, and enhance curriculum content to incorporate the latest trends and best practices in healthcare policy, administration, quality improvement, and healthcare finance.
  • Conduct rigorous research in healthcare management, producing high-quality publications in peer-reviewed journals and contributing to the advancement of knowledge within the field.
  • Guide and supervise students throughout academic projects, theses, and dissertations, promoting critical thinking, research skills, and scholarly inquiry.
  • Utilize educational technologies and learning management systems effectively to improve instructional delivery and course management.
  • Establish and maintain partnerships with healthcare institutions, public health organizations, and industry stakeholders to support student internships, research collaborations, and professional development.
  • Stay current with healthcare regulations, quality management standards, and patient safety policies to ensure teaching and research are aligned with contemporary healthcare environments.
  • Participate actively in departmental meetings, curriculum development committees, and institutional quality assurance initiatives to promote academic standards and continuous improvement.
  • Apply quantitative research methods and advanced data analytics techniques to conduct detailed healthcare policy analysis and health impact assessments.
  • Engage in interdisciplinary research initiatives that integrate healthcare management principles with complementary domains for holistic academic contributions.
  • Mentor students and junior faculty members by providing academic guidance, research advice, and professional development support to nurture future healthcare leaders.
  • Contribute to the university's strategic objectives through continuous professional development, community outreach, and active participation in healthcare management academic forums.
