Key Responsibilities:

Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations.
Supervise staff to ensure high-quality service and efficiency.
Support in developing strategies to increase sales and profitability.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational standards.
Manage inventory, vendor relations, and cost control.
Handle customer relations and resolve service-related issues.

Requirements:

Male & Female candidates are encouraged to apply.
Minimum 5+ years of experience in restaurant management.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Experience in Continental, Japanese, or Chinese cuisine is a plus.
Ability to manage budgets, staffing, and restaurant operations efficiently.
