Audit Officer

Ziauddin University is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Audit Officer to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the university's financial records.

JOB DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct physical counts of materials and equipment.

Perform construction audits and physical verification at various locations.

Verify inward/outward gate passes from one premise to another on a routine basis. Ensure compliance with established internal control procedures.

• Verify external faculty bills.
• Maintain fixed asset tagging on a routine basis.

Verify invoices and bills on a daily basis.

• Perform other audit tasks assigned by the HOD.

QUALIFICATIONS:

MBA/ACCA/ ACMA part Qualified.

• 2 to 3 years of relevant experience. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
