Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Billing Executive located in Karāchi, with some work from home acceptable. The Billing Executive will be responsible for managing the billing process, preparing invoices, handling finance-related tasks, and ensuring accurate and timely billing. The role also involves analyzing billing data and communicating with clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

Experience in billing processes, invoicing, and finance
Strong analytical skills to interpret billing data
Excellent communication skills for client and team interactions
Attention to detail and accuracy in financial tasks
Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment
Relevant experience in a similar role is preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field

Key Responsibilities:

-Manage and execute the end-to-end billing process
-Interact with customers to resolve billing-related queries
-Maintain accurate documentation and records
-Perform account reconciliation and generate reports
-Utilize MS Office tools for daily operations
