BHY Hospital, situated in Dehli Colony, Clifton Karachi is a not –for- profit organization established to provide state of Art modern medical and surgical facilities to affording and non affording patients. We are looking for experienced Billing Officer (Male / Female). Details are mentioned below.

The Billing Officer /Cashier is responsible for processing cash and/or credit transactions, in an accurate and timely manner, while ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures.

Greets clients to maintain a pleasant environment and enhance client experience.

Handles cash register and performing cash transactions with clients.

Resolves customer complaints by providing relevant information.

Responsible for collecting payment from Patient/Attendant Payment via Cash/card for services.

Responsible for record Services rendered on system.

Respond the Queries pertaining to Entitlement for services at BHY Policies.

 Responsible for counter closing with complete Docs of cash summary & cash.

· Any other work activity assigned by HOD.

Qualifications and Experience:

· Candidate should hold at least a Inter/Bachelor’s degree with 01-02 years of related work experience.

· Should be proficient at the use of MS Office.

· Good communications and interpersonal skills.
