Full job description

Key Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end revenue assurance: Identify, investigate, and resolve discrepancies across billing, provisioning, collections, and payment systems.
• Execute daily/weekly reconciliations of billing, collections, and provisioning data across systems.
• Investigate discrepancies (e.g., unbilled usage, failed payments, plan mismatches) and escalate root causes.
• Support audits of revenue cycles (quote-to-cash) and assist in leak recovery projects.
• Generate reports: Track KPIs (leakage rates, billing errors) using Excel, BI tools, or internal dashboards.
• Document processes and maintain logs of issues/resolutions.
• Collaborate with Billing, Finance, and Sales Operations to resolve data errors.
